I designed this game because I wanted to move beyond the standard word game format. I wanted something tactile , strategic and just a little bit ruthless.

Most word games are about what you know. Yahbble is about how you think .
Our unique Z-style board features a dedicated THINKING PAD a physical space for you to move tiles, solve puzzles and formulate the perfect word before you commit it to the board. But the real challenge lies in what you leave behind. In Yahbble any tiles you don't use go into your RECYCLING BIN. Your mission ? Clear that bin in the final round to claim a massive 25-point ultimate bonus or risk watching your leftovers eat away at your score.
The twist before the final round the blank tiles come into play. This is your chance to steal a high value letter from your opponent to boost your final word . Or Dump your high penalty "JUNK" tile into their bin. DOUBLE JEOPARDY Be careful - if you steal a tile and can't use it the penalty DOUBLES and any tiles you throw away can be used by your opponent. Whether you are chasing the 25 point ultimate bonus or just trying to survive the double jeopardy Yahbble will change the way you look at word games forever. I had an idea for a board game it wasn't until later I realised it was a word game , but I wanted more I had a desire to make a word game that rewarded strategy as much as vocabulary.
After countless prototypes and late-night play tests , I perfected the Z-fold board and the double jeopardy mechanics that make Yahbble unique.
We are currently in the final production phase. The designs are locked in , the tile values are balanced and we are looking for the right manufacturer to ensure every set of YAHBBLE meets the high standards of pggames. We aren't just making a board game we're crafting an experience.
